A really poiintless western, just you guys' style. filmed in the low budget,late 70's tradition of "let's see if we can get one tired old semi-famous actor to lend a boost to the already anticipated poor box office reciepts" genre.starring Effram Zimbalist Jr. it,s called "The Avenging" You'll find yourselves trying to decide "what is it they have to avenge?" maybe all those GOOD movies out there?...Marc
(Also note that the reason Marc watched it is that it was filmed on the Westgaard ranch in Western Colorado.

Under a sheltering sky - Very promising, with John Malkovich and Debra Winger. But it was like watching the between scenes in The English Patient without getting to watch the rest of the movie.
Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle - I just can't stand these people. Really. I don't care how magnificently filmed it was, I just don't give a damn.
Even Cowgirls Get the Blues - Sooo promising, with Uma Thurman, and a reasonable chance of getting her clothes off (if I recall the book correctly) based on a really fun book.
I have to quote a Chris Pearson review here, on the subject of All That Jazz,
